Completed in 2012, Coast 49 quickly became a sought-after community known for its colorful exteriors and saltbox-style architecture. Equitas managed the entitlement and servicing process and Coast 49 Homes Ltd (an Equitas affiliate) built and sold these homes.

Located in the popular community of Morgan Heights, Skylands is a collection of 42 detached homes featuring 9-foot ceilings and premium interior finishes. Equitas rezoned, serviced and built the homes. The project sold out in 2011.

Brighton and Sangster

New Westminster, B.C.

Located at the corner of Brighton and Sangster Street in New Westminster, this site was re-zoned for a 65-unit medium density housing project. The property was sold to a Vancouver based homebuilder, and construction is now complete.

Country Lane

Surrey, B.C.

Country Lane is an inspiring 15-acre site overlooking the Golden Ears Mountains and the Agricultural Land Reserve, in the 8400 block of 172nd Street.. Equitas acquired the property in 2004, and redeveloped it to accommodate 29 half-acre, single-family lots intended for large 'Executive Style' homes. The homes are now complete.

Chimney Hill

Surrey, B.C.

Located at the intersection of 72nd Avenue and 152nd Street, this site was re-zoned and serviced to accommodate a service station. Equitas re-designated the balance of the property to accommodate a small retail facility and a number of single-family building lots. These homes are now complete.

Eldorado Hotel

Vancouver, B.C.

Located at the corner of Kingsway and Nanaimo Street, this former hotel site was re-zoned for a 350,000 square foot, mixed use development including 2 residential towers, a Starbucks, a brew pub, a beer and wine store, and a Whole Foods grocery store. Upon completion of the rezoning process, the site was sold to a Vancouver based homebuilder.
